Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AI Jobr (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

AI Jobr is a niche job portal focused on AI, machine learning, and technology roles. The Platform connects: • Candidates: Professionals seeking AI and tech jobs who can create profiles, upload CVs, and apply to listings. • Employers/Companies: Organizations that post job listings, manage applications, and search the talent directory. The Platform is offered on a subscription basis for employers, with free access for candidates (subject to plan limits).

Candidates must: provide accurate profile information, only apply to jobs they are genuinely interested in, keep profile data current, and not misrepresent skills or experience. Candidates may not: create multiple accounts, upload false credentials, or use the platform to collect employer contact information for unsolicited outreach.

Employers must: post accurate, real job listings for genuine open positions, provide truthful company information, and handle applications responsibly. Employers may not: post fake listings, collect candidate data for purposes other than recruitment, or discriminate in violation of applicable employment law. Employers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable employment, non-discrimination, and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation: Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until end of billing period. Refunds: No refunds for partial periods except as required by law. Price changes: 30 days' notice before changes take effect at next renewal. Free plans: Feature limits apply; we may modify free plan features with reasonable notice.

You must not: • Post illegal, discriminatory, or misleading content • Scrape or systematically harvest data from the Platform • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems • Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or unsolicited solicitation • Circumvent usage limits or create multiple accounts for additional free usage • Resell or sublicense access without written authorization

Candidates own their CV, profile, and application content. Employers own their job listings. By posting content, you grant AI Jobr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and index your content on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

The AI Jobr platform, software, design, and brand are protected by intellectual property law. No reproduction or derivative works without written consent.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee: job placement outcomes, employer truthfulness, candidate qualification, or uninterrupted platform availability. We are a technology platform, not a recruitment agency.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Jobr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including failed recruitments, misrepresentation by users, or employment outcomes. Our liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful conduct. Candidates may delete their account at any time. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. EU consumers may use the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
